SNSSP Key Stage 1 Gymnastics

The South Norfolk SSP Key Stage 1 Gymnastics competition took place at The Norfolk Academy of Gymnastics on Friday 10th January with 8 primary schools and 60 children showing off their skills. The pupils were given a taster session on the specialist gymnastic equipment, this included beam, fast track and bars which all proved to be very popular.  The Gymnasts then came together in the afternoon to perform a range of routines, vaults across a bench and display their body management skills. The scores from these two activities were then added together to produce a winning team. This year’s competition was won by Robert Kett. Everyone performed superbly. Thanks to Helen and her staff from The Norfolk Academy Gymnastics who helped run the competition and for ensuring such a fabulous event.
